BURSAINDO, Ltd. was founded by Mr. Harry Maulween having realized the importance of continuous human resources development in all fact of life and societal development part of Indonesia (west Java – Bandung)

Mr. Harry Maulween and together with Mr. Joseph. S, Mr. Saeful Hidayat, Mr. Irawan Aeriro, Mr. Dede Herdy, Mr. Ade M.S as our commitment to contribute in development of our nation, we wish to play an important role in providing manpower to join on the vessel. We really know that to achieve our goal require motivation and passion to work. We commend our business in 2005 by delivering Hotel Department, Officer, Deck Engine, and Ratings on board. Up to now we still serve. Furthermore, all seafarers managed by, BURSAINDO, Ltd. have already fully complied and held valid certificate of competency STCW’ 95 amendments as a part of IMO regulation. We will also encourage our crew to enhance their abilities, so they can compete with domestic and foreign mariner.

In addition, we have all ready prepare our human resources and management system to cover our related business in accordance with crew manning agent. In order to maintain the performance of company services, controlling the procedure in crew recruitments, we now have safety and quality department to do so.
